Reducing Workplace Injuries with an Early Intervention Program!

Adopting a preventative approach to employee wellness and safety with an Early Intervention Program (EIP) will help employees and employers identify and resolve the root cause of any on-the-job discomfort or pain. Join speaker Damon Glass, a University of Oklahoma graduate, and Certified Athletic Trainer/ Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist. Responsible for planning and overseeing strategies for early intervention and injury management programs at Valir Health, he is also called upon to perform ergonomic studies, FCE studies and job site analysis. Damon has established wellness and injury prevention programs for multiple industries in his 23 years of experience.
