Student Registration: Includes the same benefits as the full conference registration. Students must be enrolled in the safety, health, and/or environmental program at any college or university in Oklahoma. Students will be required to provide proof of registration by faxing a copy of their current college registration to 405.843.8201 or emailing danielh@oksafety.org.

Onsite Registration: All Attendees MUST PRE-REGISTER ONLINE for the event. Online pre-registration will be open until Friday, July 19, 2023 at 5pm. All reservations after the online cut-off will be processed on-site and will incur an additional $100 on-site registration fee for member and non-member pricing. 

Cancellation Policy: A full refund less a $100 processing fee per registrant will be granted if written notice is received 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made after July 11, 2024 forfeit full fees. Substitutions are welcome up to 7 days prior to the event date.
