Conference Cancellation
In-Person Conferences – Please cancel in writing at least 21 business days prior to the conference start date for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 21 business days of the conference date will forfeit your refund. No refunds will be made on uncancelled registrations or no-shows. Substitutions are accepted at any time. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, or other circumstances which would make the event nonviable. If we cancel a conference, registrants will be given a full refund.
