This two-day course is designed to train an individual to teach the National Safety Council’s (NSC) CPR /First Aid/AED classes for their company.
This program includes the teaching materials needed to present the class, instructor administrative guides, video and DVD formatted presentation, and lesson plans.
NOTE: This training authorizes you to provide 1st Aid/CPR/AED training for your employees only. This course is not intended for public instruction which means you may only teach 1st Aid/CPR/AED to your own employees.
** In 2018, NSC announced their new Online Instructor Renewal Program. First Aid/CPR instructors will have the opportunity to renew their instructor authorization by successfully completing a 60-minute online training program. This online training program is designed to be flexible and convenient. (You will receive a renewal notice prior to your authorization expiration, and the renewal course costs. Successful completion of the Online Instructor Renewal Program will result in an electronic authorization emailed to the address NSC has on file.) All instructor authorizations are valid for two-years.
This is a 2-day course. Instructor students will need to provide at least a 1/2 inch 3-ring binder for materials that will be given to them in class.

All cancellation or rescheduling for classes must be made by 2:00 PM on the business day PRIOR to the scheduled class. Full course fees will be assessed if registrant has not cancelled by the deadline. Anyone who may be late should call to notify the training center. Anyone arriving late – without notification – will be assessed the full class fee.
