Thousands of people are injured, and millions of dollars are lost each year in forklift incidents. Compliance with OSHA’s training standards will greatly reduce these risks at your facility. This course covers operator instruction topics and provides practical training techniques, reviews the regulations, and explains the evaluation process.
Learn how to meet OSHA’s Powered Industrial Truck Standard (1910.178) using the NSC’s Lift Truck Operator training program. This one-day course teaches candidate instructors how to develop and deliver complete in-house training programs, design exercises for staff evaluations, and instruct non-operators how to work safely around forklifts.
