Sponsorship opportunities are available! Your sponsorship helps the OSC accomplish its mission to provide compliance and proactive safety training, education and resources to members of the Council and to the general public all year long.

The annual Safety and Health Conference & Expo (July 25-27, 2023) is a 3-day event that provides companies and organizations with valuable exposure to more than 300 industry professionals during the conference at the Renaissance Hotel & Conference Center in Tulsa for business-to-business commerce, networking, and safety training.

NICKEL  $500

  • Sponsorship name and logo recognition on the conference website with a link to your website.
  • Acknowledged as an Oklahoma Company committed to safety.
  • Your company will be listed as a sponsor in the conference program
  • Your company will be recognized during the opening session, Wednesday, July 26th.
  • Your sponsorship contributes as a refreshment sponsor for both days
  • The cost of attending the conference is not included in this package.


  • Sponsorship name and logo recognition on the conference website with a link to your website.
  • Students must register online and have current student IDs to attend the Pre-Conference workshop. Students will have access to attend other workshops available on Tuesday.
  • Students must be enrolled in the safety, health, and/or environmental program at any college or university in Oklahoma.
  • Mini Expo with table displays as needed for up to 15 companies. Represent your company’s Internship program inside the workshop classroom.
  • Students will also have access to attend the 2-day conference after completion of the Tuesday Pre-Conference workshop. Transportation is not included.

Conference Wi-Fi Sponsor:  $500 More attendees are using iPhones, iPads, and every other kind of device. When you sponsor a charging station, they’ll know you were the one that helped get their phone through the day! Additionally, you’ll be able to set up a promotional poster in a location that is outside of the exhibit hall.

Table Recognition Sponsor:  $100  Sponsorship name and logo recognition on the conference website with a link to your website. The table centerpiece will be sponsored by your company and acknowledged for your sponsorship on the big screen during the opening and closing ceremonies.  Plus, sponsorship signage table tent with your company logo, which will be seen by 500-600 attendees.

Door Prize & Auction Donation: Donation  When your company provides an Auction Item/Basket, your company logo will be displayed for your contribution and promoted during the event.  Each item of the live items will be photographed so we can promote the items before, during, and after the conference.  The funds raised will benefit the OSC Safety Scholarship Fund, which awards scholarships to full-time students enrolled in a safety or health-related field in Oklahoma. Please put together an item for the auction or fill in the amount for us and we can put it together for you. Your company will be recognized for that contribution.  Please send your gift item in a basket with your company item/or purchases to OSC 2 weeks prior to the event date (July 11, 2023). Thank you!


Conference Welcome Swag Bags: One of the most visible branding opportunities at the annual conference is the conference welcome bags. When an attendee arrives in Tulsa at the Renaissance Hotel, the attendees will check in at registration and receive their name badge and will pick up their welcome bag. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on one side of the bag.  You provide the bag and any item you want inside with a welcome note to the attendee. 300-400 Attendees (optional based on including exhibitors).
