A block of rooms has been set aside for the 2024 Oklahoma Safety & Health Conference + Expo at the Norman Embassy Suites.
The 50,000 sq. ft. of meeting space will be home to our Conference. Guests can also enjoy the indoor pool, and the fitness center featuring a Peloton® Bike with toe cages.

Group Room Rate Cut-Off Date: July 1st to receive the group rate. Reservations received after the cutoff date your room rate is no longer available and is subject to the hotel’s daily rate availability at a higher rate.
